At 1328 Restaurant & Bar, nearly all of our specialties are prepared in our own kitchen—with time, care, and a great attention to detail. Our cuisine combines Mediterranean culinary traditions with seasonal ingredients and a selection of our favorite dishes.
We bake our bread fresh daily, make our own pasta, craft ice cream and sorbets from the finest ingredients, and handcraft exquisite desserts, cakes, tarts, and chocolates in our in-house pâtisserie.
A good meal deserves the perfect accompaniment. Our extensive wine list features select wines from Europe’s most renowned wine regions. Whether full-bodied, elegant, or surprising—we’d be happy to help you choose the right wine to pair with your meal.
The Augustiner brewing tradition is also an integral part of our history and philosophy. That is why we are proud to serve beers from the Augustiner Brewery—one of Germany’s most time-honored breweries. These beers combine centuries-old brewing traditions with a distinctive flavor and enrich our culinary concept in a special way.
Our menu is rounded out by classic cocktails, creative house specialties, and a selection of premium spirits—for moments of pure enjoyment that extend far beyond the meal itself.
